INNOVATION & ACTION
David Weiss has been a social and environmental activist for more than thirty-five years. He has a proven track record of standing up for what he believes in. As the father of two young children, he feels his duty to help others and put his ideas into action all the more keenly. In seeking public office, he is acting on values instilled long ago by his father — a trade union organizer and officer — and mother — an educator and political activist.
David believes that the people of this district and the state deserve creative, courageous, proactive leadership. He is convinced that a state legislator must champion positive change and that inspired thinking and the willingness to take risks are the most important attributes in enacting legislation relevant to the everyday life and survival of the people he serves. |
